For as long as I can remember, I have always been drawing. When I was younger, I would draw cartoon characters, animals, dragons and other fantasy creatures, sometimes filling my school notebook with them instead of the notes I was supposed to be taking.
As I got older, I became more interested in anime and manga. I also started working with watercolors, acrylics and pastels. I even began to think about a career as a video game artist, and started attending conventions to broaden my horizons.
In the last few years, I have turned away from anime and have gotten more interested in comic book and pin-up art. I now work mostly in digital, using Photoshop to color my sketches, and I occasionally do marker drawings, though I still have an interest in painting.
Starting in 2007, I've transitioned from hobby artist to professional. I take commissions and have done sketch cards for trading cards sets produced by Inkworks and Breygent Marketing, Inc. Also, I am currently a color flatter on Tarot: Witch of the Black Rose, a comic produced by Broadsword Comics.
In addition to my artwork I have also modeled for artist Jim Balent for his comic, Tarot: Witch of the Black Rose.
